Baker's Dozen.

This cinnamon snowball cookie is a simple recipe made with butter, flour, powdered sugar, cinnamon, and just a dash of salt. It’s got the texture of shortbread and is rolled in powdered sugar/cinnamon twice—once when warm and again once it’s cooled, so it has a powdery, sweet flavor reminiscent of a “wedding cookie”. A great treat any time of the year, even when there’s no snow to play in!

Spavinaw, Oklahoma is located in the Northeastern part of the state, in Mayes County. It was formed in the mid 1800’s by a group of Mormon missionaries. It’s the hometown of the famous baseball player Mickey Mantle.
