Baker's Dozen.

This is a “monster” style cookie made with creamy peanut butter, oatmeal, semisweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and orange and blue M&M’s (the official team colors of the OKC Thunder). Bonus: It’s gluten free!

Oklahoma City was founded in 1889 and in 1907—the year that Oklahoma became a state—it became the state’s capital (the capital was originally in Guthrie). It’s the largest city in the state and it’s home to many landmarks, including the OKC Bombing Memorial, the OKC Zoo, the Science Museum of Oklahoma, the Civic Center, and the OKC Museum of Art. It’s also home to a successful NBA team, the OKC Thunder. The city is made up of 14 different “districts'', each containing an eclectic array of businesses and people, including Bricktown, Midtown, the Paseo Arts District, and the Plaza District.

Just as all of the districts of OKC work together to make it such an amazing city, all of the ingredients of this cookie work together to make it an amazing treat!
