Baker's Dozen.

This Mud Cookie is a take on a classic Mississippi Mud Pie. It’s rich and full of melted chocolate, semi sweet chocolate chips, and finished off with roasted marshmallows. It’s crunchy on the outside but gooey on the inside!

Miami, Oklahoma is the county seat of Ottawa County, which is located in the far most northeastern corner of the state. Miami was founded in 1891 and it is notable for many things—it is the capital of the Miami Tribe (for which the city is named), the historic Coleman Theater, and it’s the hometown of Steve Owens, the 1969 Heisman Trophy Winner from the University of Oklahoma. Many people from Miami lovingly refer to the town as “Mud”.
